How to get started
My personalized coaching sessions begins with an initial consultation, which can be conducted either in person or on a Zoom Call. From there were will schedule out the next four weeks for a one-on-one coaching session at a time that suits you.
What can I expect?
By committing to this program, you are making a commitment to yourself. In 30 days you can expect to gain so many valuable insights and make significant changes in your life. You will learn how to shift your thinking when life events come knocking at your door. You will learn how the LifeWave patches can be incorporated into your journey to not only help your body feel better but your mind as well.
What do I need to invest?
One-on-one coaching takes an initial investment of $340 up front, after your initial consultation, which will cover 2 months of patches to get you started and your four coaching calls. From there, you we will work together to discuss what the future months look like depending on how both, you and I, see fits best.
